Return and Refund Policy

1. Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Pietersburg Vet Clinic. If you’re not satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 30 days.

If your return is rejected, we will provide you with an explanation.

3. Exchanges

We offer exchanges of items at the same value as items purchased.

4. Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to: All fridge items and products. 

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with details and photos of the damage. We will provide instructions on how to proceed.
